Delivery of combined cargo in Russia and the CIS

Project

We like to talk about interesting transportation projects and it’s not just about FTL and oversized cargo. Today we will tell you about the way we delivered stamped components in the interests of a major Russian automotive manufacturer. The overall weight of mounting plates for fixing the limiter and retainer and plates for attaching the loop to the vehicle body was 1,950 kg. The cargo was placed in 5 boxes with dimensions of 114cm*80cm*61cm for every box.

The route from Uzbekistan to Russia is not that typical for LTL cargo. However, we have successfully implemented the delivery. The boxes were carefully loaded into the LTL truck and the cargo started its journey from Fergana to a temporary storage warehouse in Nizhny Novgorod. We crossed the border in a short period of time with no difficulties. Overall the cargo covered a distance of 3,360 km in 7 days and was successfully delivered to the customer 6 days ahead of schedule!
